Finance Manager

Location – Harworth, DN11
Salary – £based on experience, pro-rata to hours

About the company:
A well-established SME company based near Harworth. You’ll be working in a broad role, on a part time basis. The role is intended to be circa 25-30 hours, with hours/days flexible to suit the successful candidate.

Responsibilities include:
• Managing in-house Bookkeeper
• Month end management
• Preparing financial reports for non-finance stakeholders/colleagues
• Identifying & resolving issues
• Generally managing the higher-level finance responsibilities of the company

Skills/Qualifications required:
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Strong systems skills/tech proficiency.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring error-free financial operations.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, enabling you to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive working relationships.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
