Management Accountant (Fixed Term Contract)

Location – Brighouse
Salary – £based on experience

About the company:
A well-established manufacturing business based in West Yorkshire, with a fixed term contract opportunity running into January 2026. You’ll be supporting the Finance Manager in a broad role, particularly facing the production of management accounts.

Responsibilities include:
• Prepare management accounts.
• Ensure the integrity of management information, the P&L, Balance Sheet and supporting ledgers to the relevant accounting standards.
• Develop and maintain strong communication links with other departments, ensuring timely and appropriate communication on business matters.
• Providing support to other departments on Finance related queries.
• Support the Finance Manager in the preparation of financial reporting and analysis.
• Ad hoc duties

Skills/Qualifications required:
• Previous experience preparing management accounts
• Excellent communication skills
• Good time-management and organisational skills
• Good Excel skills
• Previous experience in a similar industry a bonus, but not required
